September Days and Apples just seem to go together! Perhaps because of my background in education mixed with fond memories of apple treats from my childhood, apples recipes are a favorite. This Jewish Apple Cake is delicious and easy to prepare with ingredients you probably keep stocked in your pantry. Shared with me during my days in a Junior Women's Club and published in our club cookbook, this cake is a yummy favorite around our house!
