How to Make a Covered Cornice

When my daughter mentioned window treatments for her baby's nursery, we both knew covered cornices over simple linen draperies would be perfect for the two windows. She did not want to invest a lot of money in draperies she may not keep over the years, so after looking for fabric, she decided to order unlined linen drapery panels from Amazon. To create the covered cornice boards, she orders an extra set of panels. The following video demonstrates how we made the cornice boards.
